Our activities and tours are often booked up early. We therefore recommend that you register as early as possible. Registration can be done through our homepage, by telephone, or on-site. By registering, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions.

After receipt of your registration, you will receive a registration confirmation.

You pay the total costs either online in advance when booking or in cash in CHF at the start of the tour!

a) by the customer
A cancellation by the customer must be made in writing and only becomes valid on the day the cancellation is received by Bergsteigerzentrum Aletsch-Fiesch AG. In case of cancellation, you will be charged a portion of the costs as follows: Up to 60 days before the start of the activity CHF 100.-, 59 to 30 days before the start of the activity 50%, 29 to 15 days before the start of the activity 80%, thereafter 100% of the package price.

In case of no-show, 100% of the price will also be charged. No refunds for early termination or interruption of the activity.

b) by the Organizer In case of insufficient registrations or difficult circumstances (weather conditions, safety, or other force majeure events), Bergsteigerzentrum Aletsch-Fiesch AG may withdraw from the contract at short notice. If the customer does not choose an alternative activity, no financial claims will be made against them.

The package price includes guide costs and half-board in huts and hotels for the customer and the mountain guide, as well as the guide’s travel expenses. Not included, unless otherwise noted, are all travel costs, equipment rental, and intermediate meals and drinks for the customer.

Vouchers are valid for the issued value. If the price of an offer is changed by Bergsteigerzentrum Aletsch AG during the 3-year validity of the voucher, the difference to the voucher value must be paid by the customer.

The decision whether an activity will be carried out due to weather conditions lies with Bergsteigerzentrum Aletsch-Fiesch AG.

Adequate accident and health insurance is the customer’s responsibility. Tip: Check whether your insurance covers helicopter transport and rescue operations.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Brig in the Canton of Valais. All legal relationships between the customer and the organizer are subject to Swiss law.

In case of uncertain or poor external conditions as well as insufficient knowledge or lack of fitness on the part of participants, Bergsteigerzentrum Aletsch-Fiesch AG reserves the right to change the program.
